Audrey, Audrey, Audrey

This is Audrey. The following pics are about her weekend. Here she is feeling a little shy about it.

But you see, it was her birthday weekend so it really has to be all about her. Birthdays here mean a few good days of spoiling....starting with a new camera as a present. This is the first pic she took. She is still working on the focus. Tomorrow we will post a series of her shots.

Audrey opted for a cupcake wars party

First the guests watched cupcake wars on food network, then they came in to figure out what to add to the batter that would make their three cupcakes stand out for the judges.

This was the inspiration table. At least one of their cupcakes had to represent Audrey. Here we have her favorite book, movies, foods, her favorite animal, and activities. (Invention of Hugo Cabret, Journey to the Center of the Earth and Iron Will, fruit such as pears and peaches, wolves, traveling, building, piano, crafts, and swimming)

While the cupcakes were baking we ate pizza and played games. Here they are 'freeze dancing'. We also did musical chairs and hide and go seek.

Then Dad decided to build a pyramid. The toppling was pretty funny.

Some of our award winning cupcakes with colored flame candles. I was impressed with the presentations explaining how the cupcakes represented Audrey.

As prizes they got to pick a sticky bug from the ceiling. Hannah helped get them down.

Can't forget this birthday girl. Since Aud and Hannah have the same birthday she got included in the presents.

Audrey freaking out after opening Eliora's present. Eliora went out and bought an stuffed animal fox that Audrey had seen and really wanted. I hadn't boughten it for her because it was really expensive for a stuffed animal. Audrey collects wolf and fox animals.

Sadie got her a wooden tangram puzzle.

Abby gave her a baby wolf castle toy.

Later that day we hit the Midland County Fair. Sadie LOVED the longhorns!

It started raining so they had to miss the rides but it was fun pulling Dad and our friend Andrew into the rain~

These are our friends Debbie and Mary. Aud and Mary are best buds so it's fun when we can get together with them!
