At this point if you have not heard about the devastating earthquake in Haiti then you probably don't have a television, don't have the internet, and have not been interacting with anyone for awhile. As I was reading My Litter's dedication to service in the face of this natural disaster I thought about what an amazing opportunity for my own kids to learn a little bit about helping those who they will never meet in a place they will probably never see. I have always believed that charity on a personal and private level can often far outway anything that government can do. For this reason my kids and I are putting together hygiene kits this Friday at my home. Anyone who wants to contribute or help out, please give me a call. We would love to have you over.
